Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment on collection - need valid ID, excludes American Express, contact us to arrange an appointment.
Bank transfer - we accept bank transfers for both international and domestic buyers. Please contact us for details.
Card / Apple Pay - Visa/MasterCard debit and credit cards can be used for online payment and delivery. For collection, online payment is not accepted.

Shipping

All items will be sent fully insured and with fast delivery methods.
The delivery time can vary depending on the destination but should be within 1-2 weeks for international shipments.A signature is required on delivery and tracking is available.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date the item had been received. A full refund is given to the original payment method if the item has been returned in the same condition as it had been sent, including any accessories. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund in situations where an item has been damaged or parts are missing. The customer is liable for return shipping costs. We recommend sending the item by insured post.We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved or otherwise altered. 

Warranty

All timepieces purchased from us come with our own 12 month time-keeping warranty and our guarantee of authenticity.
Accidental damage or damage to the item resulting from poor repairs, liquid damage or improper handling will void our warranty.
